WEDDINGS, FUNCTIONS, PARTIES

01 · CAPACITY

50 is our maximum capacity. We cannot allow more than 50 guests at any wedding or function.

02 · CASH BAR

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, all alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer, bartender or bar tending service. If you are selling alcohol, an appropriate license must be obtained and presented to us.

03 · SELF CATERING

Self catering is an option at a fee of R600. Please supply all chaffing dishes and catering tools. No cooking or warming up on the premises.

WEDDING VENUE RENTAL

WEDDING VENUE RENTAL - 2020/2021

R400 per person

Weddings: up to 50 guests

• Complete exclusivity on your special day (we only have one function per day).
• A ceremony in the garden with chairs, chair covers, registry signing table, podium, arch and aisle runner.
• The entire layout and basic set up of the function with all table furnishings according to your guest numbers.
• Use of the hall and deck and garden area with picnic benches and white umbrellas.
• Your choice of round 8 seater, 10 seater tables, long tables or wooden long tables.
• Your choice of covered plastic chairs, wooden chairs or stumps.
• White, beige or black floor-length table linen and chair covers.
• Cutlery, crockery and glasses.
• Elegant wrought iron easle for seating plan display.
• Use of guest house for getting ready with complimentary drinks.
• A car guard for the duration of the wedding.
• Waiters/ cleaners X 2.
• Decor is not included in the venue fee and can be rented at an additional fee, we can also do the decor set up but additional fees will apply.
• Decor can be set up a day prior to the party/ function if the venue is available and only by arrangement. Decor set up a day prior to the event will be strictly from 14h00 in the afternoon until 18h00. Thereafter a fee of R100 per hour will be charged. The venue will be available for decor set up on the day of the event from 08h00.
• A fee of R600 will apply for self catering.
• Use of the venue until 23h00.
• To book, a signed contract and 50% of the venue rental fee is required.

CONFERENCES OR WORKSHOPS -2020/2021

R4500 for up to 6 hours

Conferences or Workshops up to 50 guests

• Complete exclusivity for your workshop or conference (we only have one function at a time).
• Overhead projector and pull-down white screen.
• The entire layout and basic set up of the function with all table furnishings according to your guest numbers
• Use of the hall and deck and garden area with picnic benches and white umbrellas.
• Your choice of round 8 seater, 10 seater tables, long tables or wooden long tables.
• Your choice of covered plastic chairs or wooden chairs.
• White, beige or black floor-length table linen and chair covers.
• Cutlery, crockery and glasses.
• White board with coloured markers.
• Self-catering option available at an additional R600.
• A car guard for the duration of the conference/ workshop.
• Waiters/ cleaners X 2 (if we do the catering).
• Decor is not included in the venue fee and can be rented at an additional fee.
• We can also do the decor set up but additional fees will apply.
• Decor can be set up a day prior to the party/ function if the venue is available and only by prior arrangement.
